After the successful collaborations in 2013 and 2014 with the German manufacturer of parts for the automotive industry, Condesign had the role of general designer for a new administrative body, with P+2E height regime. In addition to the functions of offices and laboratories, the building also integrated an amphitheater with 184 seats.
The resistance structure is made of monolithic reinforced concrete frames, monolithic intermediate floors and metal roof structure that supports the light envelope.
